Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 150                  
"An Act providing for oil and gas exploration licenses, and oil and            
gas leases, in certain areas of the state; and providing for an                
effective date."   Senator Duncan objected.                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Judiciary Committee referral be
